Tom Frese is the Founder and CEO of AquaSol, Inc., with over 25 years of experience in global aquaculture consulting, project development, and investment advisory.

He holds a Master of Science in Marine Biology from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. This combination of technical and commercial expertise underpins his ability to deliver commercially viable, large-scale aquaculture projects worldwide.

Tom has led and advised on multi-million-dollar aquaculture projects across more than 25 countries, including Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. His work spans feasibility studies, farm design, operational optimisation, and investment advisory for both private and institutional clients.
